Inaam

Inaam brings with him years of sales, consulting and managerial experience in various areas of the real estate industry, while being one of the youngest Associate Real Estate Brokers in Westchester County. 

Inaam started his real estate career before the housing collapse and quickly forecasted the unsustainable climate in the real estate marketplace. He spent several years advising and advocating for homeowners struggling to pay their mortgages, personally negotiating with banks and attorneys, successfully completing countless short sale transactions. This resulted in millions of dollars in forgiven mortgage balances for his clients. After navigating the housing crisis, he continued to build upon his experience by representing several tri-state area developers and investors, successfully spearheading investment strategy and overdelivering on ROI projections. He has also developed a vast network of industry professionals while taking on construction management roles. These range from full renovations and extensive remodeling to custom build-outs from raw spaces. His experience and impressive reputation eventually lead to him being hired by one of the top luxury real estate firms in the world, Sotheby’s International Realty.

Inaam spends his time outside of Real Estate serving on the Board of Directors of a number of international service and cultural organizations. This comes after years of developing brand strategy for multinational automakers and his non-profit work in rural communities across the globe.
